Kim Sullivan has 25 years of business experience building high-performing, high-impact teams in each company where she’s held leadership positions. Kim is the Chief People Officer at Sitecore, the leading provider of an end-to-end composable digital experience platform, empowering brands to make unforgettable connections with their customers. Kim is accountable for architecting and enabling the company’s growth strategy through People, Culture, and Transformation solutions.

Before Sitecore, Kim led the global People strategy and People Solutions team at Concentrix (CNXC). She has also held executive leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, the University of Texas System, and Walgreens.

Kim holds a Master of Science from the University of Houston and an undergraduate degree from Texas Southern University. Kim and her husband, Raymond, live in Houston, Texas, and have four children and a sweet Toy Poodle named Theodore Pikachu.
