She has also held executive leadership positions at Concentrix, Kaiser Permanente, the University of Texas System, and Walgreens.

Kim holds a Master of Science from the University of Houston and an undergraduate degree from Texas Southern University. Kim and her husband, Raymond, live in Houston, Texas, and have four children and a sweet Toy Poodle named Theodore Pikachu.
