Deb Hypolite is the Vice President of Professional Services and Operations at Xolv Technology Solutions™. In her role, Deb is responsible and accountable for Xolv’s implementation practices and for providing services for our customers. She also oversees our Professional Services technical delivery functions, standards and processes, and operating frameworks.

Deb began with Xolv in May 2014 as a consultant and transitioned to a full-time employee as an IT Program Manager in 2017. Her role transformed into IT Portfolio Manager in 2019, and then again in the following year, becoming Director of Strategic Operations Planning. She has been fundamental in guiding the company to achieve multiple business objectives by integrating corporate alignment and strategy utilizing agile business practices.

When she isn’t working, Deb spends her time cycling around the world, finding great eateries, and exploring our national parks.
