Susan has an extensive track record leading organizations through transformation and growth. As CEO of Xolv Technology Solutions™, she is responsible for defining the startup’s business vision, driving its growth strategy, and working to ensure strong governance.

Susan led the creation of Xolv to address the need for innovative technology and services that help organizations deliver accessible and affordable care to people with developmental disabilities. As a longtime leader of multiple Easterseals organizations, she brings decades of experience overseeing complex services for people with disabilities and their families.

Susan is also the President and CEO of Catalight, the parent organization that includes Xolv, Catalight Care Services, Easterseals Hawaii, and Easterseals Northern California. She has grown Catalight from a small non-profit into a thriving $400M healthcare enterprise that is one of the largest behavioral health providers in the country. Today, Catalight delivers more than 3 million hours of service annually to 12,000 individuals and their families, including diagnosis and treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities.

Susan was recognized on Forbes’ 2023 50 Over 50: Impact list for her leadership at Catalight and for creating a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities.
