Gerard Larios joins Xolv as Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Security, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in technology leadership, security, and enterprise infrastructure. He has helped organizations harness technology to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable services that empower people to do their best work, and to deliver high-quality products and experiences to customers.

Before joining Xolv, Gerard led security and technology operations for Saas companies serving customers around the world 24/7. Most recently, he led technology and security services at a large healthcare non-profit, where he aligned technology strategy with the organization’s mission by driving cloud modernization, digital transformation, and Al and automation initiatives across a highly regulated environment.

Outside of work, Gerard is a lifelong learner and service-oriented leader — a youth coach, volunteer, and veteran. He brings to Xolv a balance of technical depth, strategic vision, and genuine care for people, all of which align beautifully with Xolv’s mission to use technology that cares.
