With over 30 years of diverse experience, she brings a unique blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving to every role she undertakes.

After relocating back to the Bay Area in 2017, Melinda sought an opportunity where her extensive background could support a mission with purpose—and found that at Xolv. She began her journey as Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation Officer and quickly became instrumental in the evolution of the technology team at Easterseals Bay Area into what is now Xolv Technology Solutions.

Now serving as Vice President of Business Operations, Melinda is a key member of Xolv’s leadership team. She is known for her proactive mindset, unwavering integrity, strong operational oversight, and deep commitment to supporting the individuals who make up the Xolv team.
